  • Bishop’s Manor has a mix of Affordable and Near Market Suites. All tenants will pay either 30% of their income towards rent or the ascribed minimum rent, whichever is higher. Units have different eligibility requirements, including a maximum household income below the Core Needs Income Threshold (CNIT) as set out by the Government of Alberta.
